Terms of use
These terms apply to everyone who uses Kids Love Math, whether practicing for free or with a family account or a classroom plan. In short: practicing is free, accounts are paid after a free trial that needs no card, you can cancel at any time, and if you ask within 14 days of a payment, you get all of it back.

Who we are
Kids Love Math (kidslovemath.co) is run from Colombia by Fabio Ernesto Feria, as an individual. You can write to us at [email protected]. How we handle personal data is explained on the privacy page.
Practicing for free
Anyone can practice on our public pages, with no account and no payment. Coins earned there are kept only on the device. We keep improving the practice screen, so it may change over time.
Family accounts
A family account lets a parent or legal guardian, 18 or older, add up to 5 children, each with their own sign-in. For each child it adds a progress dashboard, their own colors, difficulty and goals, printable worksheets with the answers on a separate page, and a weekly report by email.
- Creating an account means accepting these terms and the privacy page.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe, and for how your children use the account.
- An account is for one family. Please don't share it with other families.
Free trial
Every new family account starts with 14 days free. We don't ask for a card, so the trial never turns into a payment on its own. To keep using the account after the trial, choose a monthly or yearly plan in your settings. If you don't, the account works as described under When a plan ends.
Prices
A family account costs:
- Monthly: US$4.99 a month;
- Yearly: US$39.99 a year.
One plan covers the whole family. In the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland the prices are the same numbers in euros (€4.99 and €39.99), and in the United Kingdom in pounds (£4.99 and £39.99). The price shown when you pay already includes any VAT or sales tax.
A classroom plan is for one teacher and one class of up to 30 children. It costs US$120 a year (€120, or £120 in the UK), paid yearly, and starts with a free 30-day trial that needs no payment. A school plan, for several classes, is priced by quote and paid by invoice; where its written agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Payment
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and the merchant of record for every order. You buy the plan from Paddle, which charges your card or other payment method, collects any VAT or sales tax, sends your receipts and handles refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details. The charge on your statement comes from Paddle.
Renewal and cancellation
- A plan renews on its own, every month or every year, until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time, in your settings or through the link in any receipt from Paddle. The plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't charged again.
- If we change a price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to, so you can cancel first.
Refund policy
If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment, the first one or a renewal, and you'll get the whole payment back. No questions asked.
- Write to [email protected], or ask Paddle at paddle.net.
- Paddle sends the money back to the way you paid.
- The plan ends when its payment is refunded; you can choose it again at any time.
- Payments more than 14 days old aren't refunded, but you can always cancel before the next one.
This doesn't take away any right to cancel or to a refund that the law of your country gives you.
When a plan ends
When you cancel, when payments stop, or when the trial ends without a plan:
- your children can no longer sign in to the account, and its features stop. They can still practice for free on our public pages;
- for 6 months after the end of the last period you paid for (or of the trial), you can still sign in to your settings and see your children's information;
- after those 6 months we delete the account and all of your children's data. Choosing a plan before then brings everything back.
You can also delete your account at any time from your settings, which deletes everything at once.
Classroom and school plans
- A teacher or school that adds children confirms that it may do so under its own rules and the law that applies to it, including any consent needed from the children's parents.
- Children are added by first name or nickname only, and need no email address.
- The school decides how its students' data is used; we use it only to provide Kids Love Math. We can sign a data processing agreement on request.
- When a classroom or school plan ends, the same 6 months apply as for families.
Worksheets
Worksheets you print from Kids Love Math are for your own children or your own class. Print and copy them as often as you like for that, but please don't sell them or publish them online.
Using Kids Love Math fairly
Please don't:
- try to get into accounts that aren't yours, or to break, overload or copy the site, including with automated programs;
- resell access, or share one account between families;
- put anything unlawful or hurtful on a child's screen, for example in the messages a parent can show there.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things. If we close a paid account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the period.
If something goes wrong
We work to keep Kids Love Math running and its problems and answers right, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. If we ever stop offering accounts, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead and refund the unused part of any plan. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any loss is limited to what you paid for Kids Love Math in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.
Law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If you live in another country, you keep the protection its consumer law gives you, including the right to go to its courts.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects a plan you're paying for, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies.
